CACI To Acquire Small Consulting Firm With Oracle And Information Security Expertise

CACI International [CACI] yesterday said it has agreed to acquire Advanced Programs Group, LLC (APG), a small firm specializing in Oracle [ORCL] information technology services and information security for federal clients. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close by Oct. 1, were not disclosed. APG, which is based in Northern Virginia, manages the life-cycle of an Oracle business suite application implementation, and also provides information security services, information technology program management, and enterprise architecture services.
