Brazil Awards Saab $245 Million Contract For Gripen NG Weapons

Saab AB signed a contract with the Brazilian Ministry of Defence for Gripen NG weapon acquisition worth about $245 million, the company said on April 24.Contracted through Brazil’s Aeronautics Command (COMAER), the order is expected to be booked by Saab during the second half of 2015.The contract includes weapons deliveries from Saab and suppliers for the Brazilian Gripen aircraft.
