Nolan joined ATK in 2006 and has held executive roles in the Advanced Systems and Aerospace Structures divisions. Mark DeYoung, ATK’s president and CEO, said that Nolan’s “insights and experience with business development will open new doors of opportunity for the company, help us continue to grow our businesses, and allow us to better meet the emerging needs of our customers.”

Prior to being named the interim president of the Sporting Group, Tibbets was the company’s senior vice president for Business Development since 2010.

ATK this morning will report its first quarter fiscal year 2014 financial results.
