As Army Reviews Potential PEO Restructure, New Jersey Lawmakers Concerned With Picatinny Arsenal Impact

The Army is reviewing a plan to potentially restructure its acquisition offices, the service acknowledged on Tuesday, noting that no final decisions have been made yet while details could be unveiled within weeks.  Steve Warren, an Army spokesman, addressed the potential changes following a letter the New Jersey Congressional delegation sent to the service outlining concerns with a proposed plan to consolidate the dozen Program Executive Offices to seven “Capability Executive Offices,” which they said would particularly impact Picatinny Arsenal…
