Army Plans Solicitation for Chemical Multi-Threat Detection

The Army's Edgewood Contracting Division on behalf of the Joint Project Manager for Nuclear Biological and Chemical Contamination Avoidance plans to issue a Request for Proposal by May 27 for the Multi-Mission Multi-Threat Detection (M3TD) effort.
