Army FCS Leadership To Change

The Army's major modernization program Future Combat Systems (FCS) will likely see a change of charter in December. The Army yesterday said it has tapped Maj. Gen. John Bartley, program executive officer, Combat Support and Combat Service Support, Warren, Mich., to move to program manager, Future Combat System (brigade combat team). Bartley will replace Maj.
