The Army will face “tough choices” with its budget in the year ahead as it moves out on the “Transformation in Contact” (TiC) initiative to field new technology faster, the service’s top uniformed official said Wednesday. “Really, nothing is off the table. We’re looking at everything. I just had all the leaders together talking about that. We’re going to have to look at [if] the stuff that we’re buying is going to win the next war.
