ARINC Offers Network Connection to Airlines Sending Passenger Data to Canada

ARINC Inc. says it will implement an AviNet network solution for airlines to send passenger data to help them meet requirements for the new Canada Border Services Agency (CSBA) Advance Passenger Information and Passenger Name Record initiative. The initiative is aimed at helping the agency assess the risk of travelers before they arrive in Canada. The CSBA has created an in-house technical data acquisition solution that will accept a direct transfer of passenger data from commercial carriers. ARINC's AviNet solution…
