AEVEX Aerospace Acquires IKHANA, Geodetics To Bolster Airborne ISR Capabilities

AEVEX Aerospace on Monday said it has acquired IKHANA Aircraft Services and Geodetics Inc. in separate deals that strengthen its capabilities in airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed. “Each brings unique, world class capabilities that are consistent with our strategic vision to offer our customers the full spectrum of airborne ISR solutions, from systems engineering and technology integration to mission operations and data collection, analysis and dissemination,” Brian Raduenz, AVEX CEO, said…
