VTG Acquires Cyber And Signals Intelligence Firm Triaplex

VTG on Wednesday said it has acquired Triaplex, Inc. in a deal that adds to its cyber and signals intelligence capabilities and expands its intelligence community customer base. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Triaplex is based in Fulton, Md., near Fort Meade, home of U.S. Cyber Command and the National Security Agency. The company has more than 30 employees. Founded in 2020, Triaplex provides radio frequency solutions to its intelligence community customers. Triaplex’s senior leadership will join VTG.…
