Vectrus Acquires Advantor Systems To Expand Security Capabilities, Customer Base

Government services provider Vectrus, Inc. [VEC] on Monday said it has acquired Advantor Systems for $44 million in cash, adding new capabilities in security management solutions and expanding its geographic footprint and customer base. Vectrus said that Florida-based Advantor has 150 employees and generated $35 million in sales in 2018. Vectrus had $1.3 billion in sales last year.
