Ursa Major Raises $100 Million To Boost Production; Books More Than $115 Million In Orders In 2025

Rocket motor and engine developer Ursa Major on Tuesday said it has closed a $100 million Series E funding round and received $50 million in debt funding commitments to help scale production and field its products quicker. The funding round was led by existing investor Eclipse. Ursa Major also said that through the first nine months of 2025, it has received more than $115 million in bookings.
