U.S. Arrests DoD, Former Boeing Official In Separate Spying Cases

The Department of Justice yesterday announced four arrests in two separate cases of alleged spying for China that included passing secrets on United States weapons systems and the Space Shuttle, and on military sales to Taiwan. In the case involving U.S. military sales to Taiwan, arrested were Gregg Bergersen, a weapons systems policy analyst at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, Tai Shen Kuo and Yu Xin Kang.
