TSA Issues RFI for Contact Center Support

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research from small businesses that can provide supplies and services for the agency's Contact Center. The TSA Contact Center provides citizens across the country with information on the agency's programs and policies and interacts with customers via telephone, email, correspondence and other means.
