President Trump on Monday announced a new plan for NATO countries to purchase “billions of dollars” in U.S. military equipment that will be provided to assist Ukraine, including Patriot air defense systems.  The initiative was detailed alongside NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and follows the Trump administration’s recent brief pause of weapons aid shipments to Ukraine. “We make the best equipment, the best missiles, the best of everything.
