Trump Confirms U.S. Has Resumed Sending ‘Primarily’ Defensive Weapons To Ukraine

President Donald Trump on Monday confirmed the U.S. has resumed sending “primarily” defensive weapons to Ukraine.  “We’re going to send some more weapons. We have to. They have to be able to defend themselves. They’re getting hit very hard now,” Trump said during a White House dinner with Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu. “So many people are dying in that mess.” The update follows the Pentagon’s confirmation last week it had paused the shipment of some weapons and munitions to Ukraine,…
