Textron’s AAI Business Separates Into Three Operating Units

Textron, Inc. [TXT] said yesterday that its AAI business unit is separating into three businesses to improve efficiency and better support their respective customers. AAI, which is part of Textron Systems, will have AAI Unmanned Aircraft Systems, led by Steven Reid, AAI Test & Training, led by Bob Peters, and AAI Logistics and Technical Services, led by Diane Giuliani, all reporting the Fred Strader, president and CEO of Textron Systems.
