Textron Acquires Small Vehicle Maker MillenWorks

Textron [TXT] yesterday said it has acquired a small designer and producer of light tactical, unmanned ground, armored and off road vehicles and subsystems, adding to the capabilities of its land systems business unit. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. California-based MillenWorks is expected to have $28 million in sales this year.
