State And Local Law Enforcers Need Counter-Drone Authorities Given Limited Federal Resources

Congress should expand current laws to state and local law enforcers that the Departments of Homeland Security and Justice enjoy to detect and counter potential drone threats in the homeland because federal resources are too limited to adequately respond, Justice Department officials said on Tuesday.
