Space Development Agency Issues Acquistion Planning Guidance For Tranche 3

The U.S. Space Force’s Space Development Agency (SDA) on Wednesday posted high-level acquisition guidance for its third tranche of communications and missile tracking satellites slated to be launched into low-Earth orbit in 2028, and the agency also said it is considering a competitive enterprise ground effort.
