Salient Federal Solutions Completes Acquisition Of CRGT

Salient Federal Solutions on Tuesday said it has completed its acquisition with CRGT Inc., which the two firms billed as a “merger of equals,” to go forward as Salient CRGT, a federal IT services company with $375 million in annual sales.Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The private equity firms Bridge Growth Partners, LLC, and Frontenac Co. are backing the combined company, which has more than 1,700 employees.The new company has a broader customer base across the federal government…
