SAIC’s Top Lawyer Leaving Company

Science Applications International Corp. [SAIC] said on Tuesday that Mark Schultz, the company’s executive vice president and general counsel, is leaving the company.Schultz’s role as an executive officer ended on July 6 but he will remain with the company until early September to support the transition.
