Science Applications International Corp. [SAIC] said on Tuesday that Mark Schultz, the company’s executive vice president and general counsel, is leaving the company.Schultz’s role as an executive officer ended on July 6 but he will remain with the company until early September to support the transition. Meantime, Paul Greiner, corporate secretary and deputy general counsel, will take on management of SAIC’s legal matters until a successor to Schultz is named.Schultz joined SAIC in June 2013 as general counsel of its…
