By Calvin Biesecker SAIC [SAI] yesterday said it has agreed to acquire R.W. Beck Group Inc., a provider of management and engineering services in the infrastructure and energy markets that also owns a majority stake in a subsidiary that provides emergency management consulting to various customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. SAIC expects the transaction to close in early August subject to approval by R.W. Beck shareholders and expiration or early termination of the waiting period under Hart-Scott-Rodino.…
