Eaton Corp. [ETN] on Friday said it has completed the sale of its Aerospace Power Distribution Management Solutions and Integrated Cockpit Solutions businesses to France’s Safran Group in a deal that allows Eaton’s Aerospace division to focus on its core capabilities while enabling Safran to further expand the electrical power activities within its new Labinal Power Systems business.
