Rockwell Collins Completes Purchase of Athena Technologies

Rockwell Collins [COL] yesterday said it had closed its acquisition of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) subsystem supplier Athena Technologies, which will expand its presence in the UAV market. The deal was first announced early last month. Deal terms were not disclosed. Athena has key capabilities in navigation and control solutions. Athena will operate within Rockwell Collins' Government Systems business unit.
