Redwire Closes $925 Million Acquisition Of Edge Autonomy, Adding UAS Tech

Redwire Corp. [RDW] last Friday completed its $925 million acquisition of Edge Autonomy, taking the space technology company into the unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) business. Redwire announced the deal in January. The company repeated its previous disclosure that if the acquisition had been completed on Jan. 1, 2025, projected sales this year would be between $535 million and $605 million, and adjusting operating income between $70 million and $105 million with positive free cash flow (Defense Daily, Jan. 21).
