Raytheon’s Forcepoint To Acquire Cloud Security Solution From Imperva

Imperva, Inc. [IMPV] on Wednesday said Raytheon’s [RTN] Forcepoint commercial cyber security division has agreed to acquire the company’s cloud security solution Skyfence.Terms of the deal were not announced. Imperva said the deal includes Skyfence technology and service.Skyfence is a cloud access security broker that provides visibility and control over sanctioned and unsanctioned cloud applications.“Forcepoint is dedicated to delivering cyber security systems that help customers protect critical business data wherever it resides,” Matthew Moynihan, Forcepoint’s chief executive, said in a…
