Raytheon Acquires Cyber Security Firm Trusted Computer Solutions

Raytheon [RTN] has acquired Trusted Computer Solutions (TCS), a firm specializing in cross domain, operating system and network security solutions, notching its seventh acquisition in the cyber security space over the last three years. Terms of the deal were not disclosed although Raytheon said it would not have a material impact to its sales or earnings in the fourth quarter of 2010 or in 2011.
