Private Equity Firm Thoma Bravo To Acquire Exostar

Exostar, a cloud platform provider for business-to-business collaboration for aerospace, defense and other industries, on Tuesday said it has agreed to be acquired by the private equity firm Thoma Bravo. Terms of the deal, which is subject to regulatory approvals, were not disclosed. Exostar is a joint venture of BAE Systems, Boeing [BA], Lockheed Martin [LMT], Raytheon Technologies [RTX], Rolls-Royce, and the pharmaceutical giant Merck [MRK].
