GROTON, Conn., April 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Commander Greg Sabra announced his retirement from the US Coast Guard after a distinguished 20-year career.  Sabra, a graduate of the US Coast Guard Academy, served in a variety of diverse billets during his two-decade career including sea-going assignments on several cutters, project management assignments at shipyard/repair/maintenance facilities, and at the Coast Guard Academy as an Engineering instructor and operations/resource director.  Greg also earned two masters degrees from MIT in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut, and Program Management Professional.
