Precision Castparts To Acquire Aerostructures Business From Heroux-Devtek

Precision Castparts Corp. [PCP] yesterday said it has agreed to acquire most of the aerostructures and industrial products business units from Canada’s Heroux-Devtek for $296.1 million in cash, further consolidating its capabilities and products within the aerostructures market.
