Precision Castparts [PCP] has completed its acquisition of Primus International, a leading supplier swaged rods, advanced composites and machined aluminum and titanium products for the aerospace industry, the company said yesterday.
Precision Castparts specializes in manufacturing large, complex
structural investment castings, airfoil castings, and forged components used in jet aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines.
The company also produces fasteners for the aerospace and other industrial markets.
