Jacobs Solutions [J], Huntington Ingalls [HII], BWX Technologies [BWXT] and others are among those seeking the National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) decade-spanning, $30 billion contract to manage the agency’s nuclear-weapons service center in Texas.
