Navy Using SM-3s At ‘An Alarming Rate,’ Kilby Says

Navy officials on Tuesday told the Senate Appropriation's defense subcommittee that SM-3s are being used quickly and that the administration is still considering building U.S. Navy ships outside the U.S. to increase the fleet size in the short term.
