Navy Delays Future Frigate Contract To 2020

The U.S. Navy is planning to delay a detail design and construction (DD&C) contract for the Future Frigate until 2020 in order to explore incorporating new capabilities and enhanced survivability features, two Navy officials said Wednesday.Rear Adm.
