Navy Close To Decision On Railgun Full-Scale Prototype Contract Award

The Navy will soon decide who will develop, design and build an actual full-scale, next-generation electromagnetic railgun prototype that will be evaluated by the Defense Department at a firing rate of up to 10 rounds per minute.
