The top officers of the Navy and Marine Corps last week detailed the limitations and downsides of the full year continuing resolution (CR) the Senate approved on March 14. After the House but before the Senate passed the bill but before the Senate, Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO) and performing the duties of the CNO Adm.
