National Technical Systems [NTSC], an engineering services firm to a number of industries including aerospace and defense, has acquired the engineering services firm Mechtronic Solutions, Inc. (MSI), which works mainly with the aerospace and defense industries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. MSI specializes in design engineering and also generates sales through prototyping, short production runs and live-cycle support services for products it engineers.
