Proposals are due May 18 for the engineering and manufacturing development (EMD) phase of the Marines’ top ground modernization priority, the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV).The wheeled ACV 1.1 would replace tracked amphibious assault vehicles, some of which are 40 years old.
