ManTech International [MANT] on Monday said it has completed its $60 million purchase of the Security and Intelligence Solutions (S&IS) business of QinetiQ North America.
The S&IS business recently won a prime position on the multiple-award Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Support Services contract, which is worth up to $365 million over five years.
ManTech’s new business has core competencies in cyber security, cyber engineering, and security and intelligence analysis. The business adds to ManTech’s customer base.
QinetiQ North America is the United States-based division of Britain’s QinetiQ.
