ManTech International [MANT] on Monday said it has completed its $60 million purchase of the Security and Intelligence Solutions (S&IS) business of QinetiQ North America. The S&IS business recently won a prime position on the multiple-award Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Support Services contract, which is worth up to $365 million over five years.
