Leidos [LDOS] on Thursday introduced a small cruise missile (SCM) the company has been developing on its own for nearly four years to meet the needs of Special Operations Forces for stand-off strike and lethality at low cost, and the company said the one-way Black Arrow can also be configured for additional collaborative autonomy missions.
