NATIONAL HARBOR, Md.--L3Harris Technologies [LHX] has leveraged startup firms' technology advances due to a Shield Capital-L3Harris partnership announced in March, 2022, L3Harris CEO Chris Kubasik told reporters at the Air and Space Forces Association's (AFA) Air, Space, and Cyber annual conference.
