Tactical data communications solutions and product provider IXI Technology on Monday said it has acquired RioTech Corp., expanding its current testing capabilities and contract manufacturing support with turnkey product, engineering services and testing capabilities to its military and commercial customers.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.“The acquisition of RioTech is part of the IXI Technology strategic plan to expand its product base to include advanced test systems,” Michael Carter, IXI’s CEO, said in a statement. “RioTech has been an industry…
