ITT Corp. [ITT] yesterday said it has agreed to acquire an airport operation management software platform business from SRA International [SRX] to bolster its new commercial aviation data service. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close within two months, were not disclosed. SRA's Airport Operations Solutions (AOS) group has 17 employees and posted $3.5 million in sales for the 12 month-period ending June 30.
