LIS specializes in program management, strategic planning, grant management, financial management, logistics support, quality management and certification, operational planning and transitional management. Under Mentor-Prot�g� programs, large business prime contractors provide assistance to small businesses such as technical, managerial, financial or other benefits, including subcontracts and teaming arrangements.
