General Dynamics To Produce, Support More Hydra-70 Rockets

General Dynamics [GD]’s Armament and Technical Products unit yesterday said it recently was awarded two Army contracts including $210.4 million for the production of Hydra-70 air-to-ground rockets and $13.5 million for engineering services in support of the Hydra-70 rocket program. The Army Contracting Command in Redstone Arsenal, Ala., awarded the contracts. Final deliveries under this order are expected to be completed in early 2015.
