General Dynamics [GD] yesterday announced a regular quarterly dividend payment of 42 cents per share and said its board of directors has authorized the company’s management to repurchase up to 10 million shares of the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable on Nov. 12 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 8.
