General Dynamics [GD] in February acquired a small developer and supplier of broadband power amplifiers used in tactical communications systems for $65 million in cash, the company disclosed earlier this month in its first quarter earnings filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Integrated Defense Systems, Inc.
