GAO Upholds TSA IMPACT 2 Award to Peraton

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) earlier this month rejected a protest by losing bidder CACI International [CACI], upholding the Transportation Security Administration’s potential $343 million award to Peraton of an information technology contract. The GAO in April sustained part of CACI’s original protest and denied another part of it, leading TSA to reopen the award decision and reevaluate proposals on the one part sustained by GAO.
