FLO Corp. Completes rtGO Acquisition

FLO Corp. [FLRP] has completed its acquisition of the rtGO Registered Traveler (RT) business from Unisys [UIS]. The deal gives FLO its first operational RT deployment at Reno-Tahoe Airport in Nevada. Under the agreement Unisys will continue to provide services to FLO through May 2012.
